Reiki Training Courses

All our Reiki training courses are held at East Mulloch, near Banchory, Aberdeenshire. Please contact us for more information or to sign up to one of the reiki classes. Reiki shares are held weekly at different local venues. Please email us if you are interested and we will advise of a venue and time to suit you. You do not need to be a Reiki therapist to come along and take part in a Reiki share. Open to all levels and to therapists from different training backgrounds.

Reiki Level 1 Training Course

"In level 1, the emphasis is on the self-healing. You are given an attunement to help you remember that you are and always have been Reiki. Through an intense 21 day self-healing course you are supported and taught the five principles (For today only; Anger not worry not; Be grateful and humble; Do your work with appreciation; Be kind to all). You are also taught the hand positions so that you can treat self and others (non-paying friends and family only). On completion of the 21 days, you will take part in a healing share where you will receive your Reiki I certificate.

Reiki Level 2 Training Course

In level 2 you are taught the Reiki symbols, emotional healing, distance healing and you receive another attunement.
The Reiki attunement process is how one becomes a Reiki pracitioner. Being attuned to Reiki gives one the ability to easily access the Reiki (Universal Life Force) energy, for the purpose of healing a person or situation. Attunements can be given only by a Reiki master and can be given for either the purpose of training one in Reiki, or for simply giving someone a larger experience of Reiki than usually experienced in treatments. The attunement procedure is a ceremony of spirit. In this ceremony the Reiki master uses the Reiki symbols and other gestures in a prescribed way. This ceremony creates an energy pattern around the recipient of the attunement which attunes their energy field to the energies represented by the symbols. The attunement is permanent, thus making the recipient a Reiki practitioner. To receive your Reiki Therapist Practitioner Certificate, you are required to complete a healing of your Reiki Master in a professional manner. Only on successful completion of this stage will you be given your Certificate.

Reiki Master (non-Teacher) Training Course

In the 3rd degree, you are taught the Reiki Master symbol (Dai Ko Myo), what it means and given a third empowerment. Some see level 3 as the completion of their Reiki training. In reality there is nothing to complete, nothing to attain, and this gives you nothing you did not already have. It is not an end but a new beginning. It is a return to simplicity that we had when we learned Reiki 1 and had no symbols and just the energy. Through a three week course of intense self-meditation and 2 further attunements (the first attunement will take place in East Mulloch on the Michael Ley Line and the second attunement will take place at a sacred stone circle which connects Mother Earth to Father Sky.

Reiki Master (Teacher) Training Course

Reiki Master Teacher is to learn how to use all of the traditional Usui symbols, attunements and the knowledge of how to pass them on to the student. It is the greatest gift to be able to share Reiki with others and in the second part of the Masters (Teacher level) you share in attunements. Learn breathing techniques which enables the channelling of pure source energy which is required when giving attunements. Be part of Reiki-shares and Reiki-lessons on all levels. Be attuned to earth energy and Universal Masters energy from the Cosmos.
